Billing

PeopleAxis offers a 30-day free trial for each new company. Current standard monthly prices are Starter ₹499 for up to 20 employees, Growth ₹999 for up to 50 employees, Business ₹1,999 for up to 100 employees, and Professional ₹3,499 for up to 250 employees. On an organization’s first annual purchase, Starter is ₹4,990, Growth ₹9,990, Business ₹19,990 and Professional ₹34,990, providing 12 months of service for the price of 10 months. This introductory annual saving may be used once per organization. Later annual renewals are billed at the regular 12-month prices: Starter ₹5,988, Growth ₹11,988, Business ₹23,988 and Professional ₹41,988. Organizations above 250 employees should contact PeopleAxis for a tailored commercial arrangement.

Paid subscriptions continue for the selected billing period unless renewal is cancelled. A cancellation request stops automatic renewal at the end of the current paid period; access remains available through that paid period unless the account is suspended for another valid reason. Fees already paid for a started billing period are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by PeopleAxis. Applicable taxes, if any, are additional where required by law. Plan limits and included features are those displayed at purchase, and customers must upgrade or contact PeopleAxis if they exceed the employee capacity of their plan.
